Matt Trapp - Director

Matt Trapp is the Director at Blondo Childcare & Preschool. He graduated from University of Nebraska at Omaha with a bachelor's degree in Multiple Disciplinary Studies, with focuses in psychology, philosophy, and sociology. He has worked with Blondo Childcare for nearly a decade and uses his expertise to provide leadership to our staff and students. It is a strong passion of his to provide quality, consistent care to the children of BCP and beyond.

When he's not at work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and pets, as well as making music and being adventurous. Matt has visited several different travel locations, has flown an airplane, has snorkeled the ocean, and has performed music at several large-scale events. 

Providing your child(ren) and family with the care it deserves is something our entire team strives to do every day here at Blondo Childcare and Preschool. It would be would a privilege to have your family join us.

Natalie Kauffman

 

Natalie brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of dedication to her role as Assistant Director at Blondo Childcare & Preschool. With a strong commitment to the well-being and development of children, she has made a significant impact on the childcare industry for nearly two decades.

 

Natalie and her family made Omaha their home almost six years ago, and since then, she has been a shining beacon in the community. As a devoted mother of three children, Natalie understands the importance of creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young minds to thrive. Her personal experiences have further fueled her passion for early childhood education and development.

 

With an impressive career spanning 19 years in the daycare industry, Natalie has gained invaluable insights and honed her skills as a childcare professional. Her journey has allowed her to touch the lives of countless children and parents, making a positive difference each step of the way. Her dedication to fostering a safe, loving, and educational environment is unmatched.

 

Natalie is committed to working closely with the Blondo Childcare & Preschool team to ensure that every child in our care is provided with the best possible start in life. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication are sure to make a profound impact on our children and families. We are thrilled to welcome Natalie as our Assistant Director and are confident that she will continue to be a guiding force in the world of childcare and early childhood education.

 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the beautiful Omaha community, and sharing her love for learning with her children. We look forward to her leadership and positive influence as she embarks on this new chapter at Blondo Childcare & Preschool.
